Your opportunity

As our Partnerships Manager (ANZ), you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, and report to the Commercial Director (ANZ). You will work across an designated agency patch and also direct to brands, and be responsible for both bringing on new business, while super servicing our existing clients; endemic and non-endemic brands to the gaming space.

You will have a spark for sales, the effortless ability to engage cold contacts and keep relationships, while being system driven and organised to ensure all contacts are proactively engaged and communicated to regularly. and show an energy for the gaming marketing and gametech industry. You will be proactive in market, identifying opportunities for growth and optimising revenue. while fostering building long term relationships.

Where you will shine

You will be a vital part of the Livewire team, with your ability to continually learn and adapt in the fast-paced gaming marketing and gametech environment, while being loved by our clients for your ability to always be present, and providing best in market responses to briefs. Your day to day will include:

  • Prospecting, pitching and presenting the broad, and constantly growing suite of products to new and existing clients (both online and IRL)
  • Ensure positive client experiences by delivering best in market solutions, and taking pride in your record-breaking response times to clients
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service; from pitch to PCR
  • Competitive and market research – keeping on top of competitor activity, as well as market and industry trends
  • Be constantly curious about gaming marketing and gametech, whether you play or not (it’s going to be a fun part of your job!)

What you will bring

  • 5+ years’ experience directly managing key client accounts A passion for media/gaming/entertainment with a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape
  • Strong existing relationships with media agency and brand contacts
  • Ability to extract briefs and proactives from being attentive and actively listening in client meetings
  • Ability and desire to source new business opportunities & nurture them into regular spending accounts
  • A positive, solutions focused mindset, comfortable in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to secure revenue
  • Great communication skills, a confident presenter with regular meetings and clients at all levels
  • Experience in building and sustaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work in a highly autonomous role balancing fun & performance
  • A positive, solutions focused mindset
  • Your energetic and team first attitude
  • Experience working in gaming verticals is preferable but not necessary (publishers, platforms, influencers, content and social)
