Your opportunity 


The Gaming Ad Operations Executive, ANZ will support Livewire revenue growth as part of the digital ad ops team. This requires understanding with the technologies that make up the gaming media ecosystem, both the publisher side capabilities, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and tagging technologies. Let’s throw in Youtube, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat for good measure. 


This is a technical role with client campaign responsibilities supporting the Livewire account team functions through collaboration and being a contact with gaming partners, publishers, DSP’s, SSP’s, and other sources of demand.  


You will have strong digital media or programmatic experience at a publisher, agency, or ad tech vendor level and will both be able to work in a jargon free environment for your peers and plain English for everyone else.

  • Implement, manage, and optimize campaigns through DSPs and other platforms 
  • Deliver timely and insightful reports based on campaign data analysis 
  • Build, Traffic and QA programmatic campaigns 
  • Assist commercial team with media planning and strategy 
  • Manage client deliverables, day-to-day communication, and campaign documentation 
  • Recommend and develop processes that lead to efficiencies in campaign management and reporting 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new product features 
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the programmatic and gaming marketing space 
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service 


What you will bring 


  • 2-3 years' experience working in DSPs (i.e. Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk or other programmatic buying solutions) 
  • Possess the keen ability to work autonomously while remaining engaged and invested in your team and the company objectives as a whole 
  • Proven experience optimizing campaigns 
  • Experience & comfort with prioritizing multiple requests 
  • Effective & articulate communicator to ensure expectations and deliverables are met 
  • Nimble and analytical problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 
  • Experience working in social media buying platforms – Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
